Why do you think it is important for HR to be a strategic partner to the businesses?

Year before, HR was been over look in an organization to make effective decision for the business. Today, it is one of the most important departments of the business. Why? HR it's a strategic partners because they are the bridge that connect between the employee s and the employers. HR makes sure that both entities follow guidance required by them. These are rules and standards regulation that are required to follow according to the business rules. For instance, federal legislation mandate that employer hire the best qualify candidate to do the job without having to discriminate anybody because of race, age, religion, color, sex, disability or national origin. This is the responsibility of HR to make sure that all of this federal regulation is follows through according to the rule.

In addition, most companies want their employees to set goals in their work environment. HR must keep the balance in between company and employee. HR helps the company to establish strategic direction and advocate for the employee right. Moreover, HR must be proactive with their thinking process. They help manager to find solution or come out with idea that would benefit both entities. For instance, HR might want to keep some employees who they feel will be a great asset to the organization. Some of these employees might only need some motivation to come out with ideas at the job. Because HR has been the open door to reach the employee, more businesses are counting on HR to come out with strategic method on how to charge in the organization where it is necessary.

What benefits do you think the employees derive from this arrangement?

I think the benefits the employees can gain out of this are the training they receive to do a better job. Most organization, want their employees to be full train on the job and be updated with any skills in the market. I think by updating the skills of the employees it will also benefit the organization. The output of the employees at the job will be more productive because they will become more knowledgeable at the job.

Also, the employees can benefit from development training for future opportunity within the organization. A lot of the opportunities that come around within the organization require some employees to have some level of knowledge to perform on the job. If the employees are comfortable and happy at the job, they will go to any development training to go further in their career goals.

Another of the benefit that the employees can gain is advised on career development. This is something the employee can search with HR if they feel they are ready to climb the corporate ladder within in the organization. A lot of people who are ambitions, they want to spend their knowledge with other skills. Career development
