Define Leadership

Leadership cannot be learned, but it can be taught. Moreover, based on scenery, skills of leadership are necessary to change because in some situations soft leadership skills should be used and in some situations strong leadership skills should be used (Engle 1986). Leadership has varieties of kind like leadership style, leadership power, leadership situation and leadership traits. Leadership is a combination of development and management (Caplice 2011).

Provide a brief summary of the movie/show

In the movies, Ginger, “doll face”, obviously the leader at the chicken farm who desperately wants to escape from the Tweedy Egg Farm. She tried every possible way to get out of her horrible farm. Although she desperately wants to escape from it, she can’t let the others being there and waiting for the day to die. But turns out the only thing that stops her from escaping is her incompetent partners such as Bunty, Bads and Fowler. The fact is that if they don’t produce any eggs for the week, Mr. and Mrs. Tweedy will take those chicken out of the farm and make it dinner. That is why they trying to escape from that farm. One night after one of her fellow chicken is axed her head, she depressed so much about it and wanders out to the gate. And suddenly she saw the rooster triumphantly flying out there like a bird. And he falls into the farm and broke his arm and many injuries. Ginger saves him and learns that he is Rocky Rhodes, a cocky American who loves freedom that Ms. Ginger always wants to be. Then she admires him about flying and she believes that he is the only chance of escaping from the farm by teaching how to fly. But turns out he escaped from the circus, so he wanted to be free. On the other hand, Ginger wants the freedom from that farm, so she make a deal with Rocky that he will teach them about flying the only he knows, so they can escape in exchange of hiding and rescuing from the circus man when he arrives and asking for him. So Rocky finds out what is going on the farm, he takes advantages of living there and lies them he will teach them how to fly. Meanwhile, Mrs. Tweedy have purchased a pie machine to make chicken pie that will make every chicken to become chicken pie. After all the machines set up, Mrs. Tweedy ask for her husband to bring one chicken to test the machine. Mr. Tweedy,

always warning her wife about the chickens are organizing, who has bad influence upon Ginger, who is the one always trying to escape. So he takes Ginger for the test. Rocky rescued her from being chicken pie and made the machine broke down. So Rocky lived there and teaching about flying stuff and waiting for the day to show his real ability about flying. One morning he had to show his reality show about flying, he run away because he can’t fly in reality. So Ginger felt sorry about it and finally she got an idea about building a plane to escape. So she had to make agreement with their suppliers, the rat. Finally they made it after all of their hardworking. In the end, they all escaped from their farm with their pilot, Captain Fowler.
