You have been teaching for three or four years and are a little bored with the old ways of doing things. You are in the Renewal stage and eager to learn new approaches to old issues. You are ready for more challenges and ready to do more networking within the community and learn more about different early childhood programs and philosophies. This is a good time to visit other classrooms, read more educational journals in the early education field, and exchange ideas with other professionals. Congrats, you are now viewing yourself as the professional you are.
