Study Skills

The Study Skills section has taught me a lot. It has now given me a better understanding on what I need to improve on. My academic artifact is my SLS book called "Becoming A Master Student" I picked this because not only does the title sound good, but the book itself has so much to offer. It gives you guides on how to succeed in college and in life. Skills like Discovery Wheel and Learning Style Inventory widens your knowledge and the world around you. While reading this book you can also come to a conclusion that study skills are really life skills. The second artifact is my personal one, and it would have to be my iPhone. My phone is basically my life! I go everywhere with it, and I panic at the thought of it ever dropping. It's very rare that I let someone else use it. Besides it having some great things like internet, texting, video chat and pictures, it can be very useful as well. For instance it has a calculator if you every get stuck in money situations and it has calendars for important past and or present dates. Believe it or not these artifacts are very helpful tools. They both have helped me improve my learning skills and I plan on furthering them along the way.
