I believe that my personality, interpersonal skills, educational training, and personal life experiences have enabled me to effectively communicate with people in meaningful ways. Possessing solid oratory communication skills is vital in the business environment. I get to my linguistic abilities, combined with body language and mannerisms in my working environment. Verbal communication helps me to thrive in the community and the workplace by encouraging and communicating with my team with firm understanding. Non-verbal communication is one of the most effective forms of communication. It provides me to add a positive gesture or a smile on my teams face. Writing skills are as important in office communication as speaking and listening skills. Writing skills enables me to write a resume in getting a job. School of Management address major challenges for business society such as communication, Information Technology, Problem Solving, Teamwork, Analytical Skills, Global Orientation, Legal and ethical Practices, Research, strategic approach and lastly Leadership. We apply these principles of sustainable development in our professional capacity. The schools strategy encompasses business engagement and all our courses focus strongly on academic relating academic study to the real world of employment. I develop personal skills for working in business and management. For example, I develop many opportunities to make presentations, engage in teamwork and deal with information Technology. Locally and nationally, I continually update my courses to ensure that I have the skills I need for success. Moreover, my visiting lecturers include directors and senior managers from well-known companies who provide first- hand experience of management decision making at a strategic level. Lecturers establish a secure environment in which I can communicate with my mates. I believe that my personality, interpersonal skills, educational training, and personal life experiences have enabled me to effectively communicate with people in meaningful ways.
