Of Mice and Men Final Project
Directions: Complete one item from each part of the project.
Poet's Corner: Write a 1 page poem that shows a character from the novel and the relationship the character has to a theme in the novel. You may use a free form poem, the 13 Ways of Looking format or a shrink lit. format. Include at least one image to symbolize the character and his/her relationship to the theme. Typed, MLA format.
Remembered In Water All components should be a part of the fountain. (fountains are often built to remember individuals for their actions)
a. Create a fountain that shows the personality of one of the characters from the novel
b. Include at least 4 shapes and images that demonstrate the character's relationship to a theme
c. Include at least 4 quotes that demonstrate the character's relationship to a theme (cite)
d. Include at least 4 words that demonstrate the character's relationship to a theme
e. Write a paragraph that defends and explains your fountain design and the connection the character has to the theme.
