My Life Changing Experience

Sometimes going to the Dr. for a routine checkup can change our lives in an instant. We wake up every day never thinking about the things that can happen to us. My experience was one that I can never forget. I went through pain, sadness, depression, and a whole lot of tears. My whole world stood still for that moment in time. Family was always important to me at a very young age. It was my dream to meet a wonderful man, one day get married, and start a family. That dream would soon come to a halt for what seemed an eternity. Immediately I began to worry, what could possibly be wrong I thought. I never felt any symptoms of any kind, sure I stopped at the local McDonald's on occasion, but I was a healthy eighteen years old.

After making my appointment Sheila the receptionist explained that before I came in I would have to drink at least thirty-two ounces of water in order for the procedure to be done. Thirty-two ounces isn't so bad I thought to myself, but it was harder
