Introduction
In today's economy businesses have one chance to make a first impression. Being creative and keeping customers minds entertained is important. If a business does not entice people, they will have no customers. A company that can grab people's attention and keep them content is a successful company. In the following paragraphs I will be discussing the impact of innovation on the following companies; Disneyland, Chick-fil-A, and Southwest Airlines. These companies have show growth because of their superior customer satisfaction rate, creativity, and the different service they provide. These companies all impact their customers by the continuous innovation they provide.
Disneyland
The story of Walt Disney himself has been an inspiration to many. Walt Disney had a vision of building a magical park in which families could enjoy as guests in a safe, clean environment. Walt Disney spared no expense when it came to creating his vision, and this included the hiring and training process. He wanted to exceed all expectations of his guests, and to make that happen, he would need to create a structured learning environment in which all employees would receive extensive customer service and leadership training. Disney without a doubt has shown the true value of customer service to all who visit and are a part of the company, especially the shareholders. Walt Disney has managed to stay in business, and will continue to strive because of their business standards and extreme ethical training. Disney is dedicated to the promise to turn ordinary to "extraordinary." Making dreams come true every day is central to the company's global growth strategy. . Disney's mission is to drive the dimension of their business, and to be consistent with Disney's culture and values. The advertisement is instilled in one's head, so much that when one thinks of a family vacation Disney always pops up. Disney promotes them to the fullest leaving nothing behind. Disney is never complacent. They are always growing, building, expanding, and improving. Innovation is a huge priority for them. They do this to attract more individuals but also to draw back repeat customers. Disney is also about change; they are constantly changing the themes and adding more characters. It has become a business of constant change and improvement. Walt Disney has created a business that creates happiness and excels in imagination.
Chick-fil-A
"Eat more Chicken", is the chain's most prominent advertising slogan. The slogan is often seen in advertisements featuring sign-wearing cows. Not only do people know what the billboards are right away, but once they enter Chick-fil-A, it becomes full restaurant quality customer service. Their innovation and creativity impacts many people. According to Chick -fil-A's advertising strategies, "the cows have united in an effort to reform American food, in an effort to reduce the amount of beef which is eaten".
