In the organization,
1. Having office saving box.
The organization in which I have experienced has a practice that everyone in the organization saves 1% of his or her salary in the end of every month. The purpose of having office saving box is to secure the office fund in case of sharing when somebody's sick or dead. Sometimes, the saving can be shared to the close relatives of the employees in case of needing medical help. I suppose that this practice of having office saving box is an ethical behavior. It's not a must for every organization. We don't have any rule that every licensed organization must have an office saving box for taking care of personal affairs of the employees and also employer. Willingly, some organizations practice this custom and we find clearly that everyone in every layer of the organization feel like they don't need to worry about their medical fees as soon as they are employed in this organization. The point is that this practice is an ethical behavior and proves humanitarianism.
2. Providing allowances.
The organization which I have worked as an intern has a very good practice in providing allowances. In addition to the allowances provided by most organization, some unusual allowances are given. Let me give you some examples: if an employee is not easy about taking office ferry, the company compensates ferry allowances for every personnel. Besides, the meal allowances for those who don't take the company's meal, the 50% medical allowances for the close relatives of the employees, etc. So, these allowances are rarely provided in most organization. This organization takes the responsibility of the compensations of all of their employees. Although compensating some usual allowances is practiced by most organization, other allowances are used to be ignored. Thus, I suppose that this organization has an ethical behavior in providing allowances. It doesn't feel that providing them is not a must, instead, a will. The boss himself takes the allowances he belongs. Everyone can freely claim about his or her right to get compensation in this organization. The point is that this organization has an ethical behavior in providing allowances and this leads to humanitarianism.
In the classroom,
1. Participating in group discussions.
The classroom in which I am learning now is MBA 16th Batch. From overall point of view, we learn intensively than any other students at the age of us. We have to do a mass of class assignments, presentations and other class duties. Unlike the other master students, students are grouped and thus group discussions happen in all weekends or even in week days as per necessities. We, the students suppose that participating in group discussions without any force is an ethical
