I am most creative when I write. Looking at a blank white piece of paper, real or digital, is the ultimate creative thrill for me: I can literally put any of my thoughts, ideas, frustrations, stories, or anything else that may flow out of my mind on that piece of paper. Whenever I pursue another creative activity I am always bound by something: not enough money for art supplies or traveling, not enough time to film a movie or record an album, no access to the proper location to pursue outdoor activities, etc. However writing is simple and accessible: I can write anywhere I want, anytime I want for as long as I want about anything I want. I am only bound by my own imagination. Writing can be in the most familiar setting or in the most illustrious landscape, amongst close friends or in a crowd of a million strangers. All I need is a utensil, whether it be pencil or computer, and I can create as much and as far as my heart and mind will let me. I am most creative when I write.
