It is universally acknowledge that women and men seen have different merits and demerits. However, a controversy is around whether it is essential to exclude males and females for certain professions because of their gender. Personally, I do not agree with such a tendency to make a distinction between men and women at workplace.

When history marched into the 21st century, industrialization and information are progressing rapidly on various fronts, and technologies exert a profound influence in the way people live. Therefore, most jobs are practiced by people with certain knowledge operating machines, let alone the work of writing, design, or administration. Even military missions, which were defined as man's job in old times, can be now carried out by female personals. Indeed, solders' number and size are no long the most powerful resource in modern warfare, information and technology plays more parts. Although women on average are not as strong as men, it is an indisputable fact that most of them have the talent and psychological soundness to collect and analyze information or operate automatic weapon systems. Additionally, more female politicians are coming onto the stage. Thatcher, Hillary Clinton, Wu Yi, Merkel... But we would be too narrow-minded if we take the development only as the history of Feminism. Actually despite the fact that women can accomplish most jobs that have been taken by men for years, men are also needed in various fields that were commonly regarded as girlish. A vivid example is a growing number of mothers are shifting the attention form their family to their work, while at the same time the fathers are paying more attention to the children and family, for a complete educate pattern with both father and mother involved will bring more benefit to the children .

Meanwhile, some traditional women jobs are now seeing more men offering their work and talent in public sectors such as nurse, faculties and flight attendants. It has been proved that men's way of teaching and communicating with patients, students and passengers are providing a different experience, their strength also helped people under extreme circumstances like earthquakes and terrorist attacks.

I would maintain that males and females should be treaded equally at workplace, since it will have complementation between their advantages and disadvantages when they cooperate.
