Manager to build up a better work related understanding of themselves and subsidiary. Manager can achieve successful career. Manager gets his job done from others, thus Organizational behavior helps the manager to do work from others. With changing environment the role of manager has also become more sensitive. To deal with new workforce and complication supervisor need to develop information about attitude and behavior of individual and group. Thus skills are important to get the job done from others and which helps the manager to do the work effectively and efficiently.
