What Kind of Bad Habits

Even though most people know that what they are doing is not good for other
people or themselves, they unconsciously continue to do the same thing over and over again.
Their bad habit makes them unpleasant to other people. It is difficult to break our bad habits.
Most habits are built from early childhood. Many parents try to fix children's bad habits, but
our bad habits often live with us to the death. Actually, bad habits are comfortable in a
moment, but bad habits finally create bad effects in the long term. After we know our bad
habits, we will easily break our bad habits only if you have strong will to fix your habits. There
are the three examples of bad habits which affect us socially: laziness, swearing, and breaking
promises.
First of all, I think that laziness is a factor that causes other bad habits. Actually, I am
really lazy, it has caused me a lot of problems throughout my life. For example, when I was a
high school student, I was a professional Kendo player which is a Japanese martial art. One
day, I had a really important competition, but I could not go to the game because I overslept.
My coach and many members hit me and I got penalties such as having to clean our restroom,
having to wash our clothes, and having to make breakfast, etc. I also have a lazier friend than
me. He always exaggeratingly talks about his future and his dreams, but nobody believes him
because we have seen his lifestyle. For example, even if he has a really important class, he
does not go because he chooses to sleep instead of going to school. I like him, but I can not
trust him. Like my friends, if we are lazy, we can lose our credibility, and you will also get a lot
of penalties like me, although you have a great character.
Second, we can also find a bad habit in our conversation as swearing, which affects us
socially. For example, when I was in military service, superiors could tell subordinates off and
order something. Some superiors always used dirty words to us without any reasons or to get
rid of their stress. I thought that the people's character had some problems, but the behavior
was their talking habit. One of my superior told me that if he did not use dirty word, he could
not talk well and he felt awkward, so this showed me that cursing can be a habit. After being
