* What is collaboration? What value might collaboration have in a learning environment?

Since long time I read something that now make more sense. Winston Churchill said:" It is an easy way to do it, look for it". It means that are different ways to achieve goals and sometimes everyone just have a piece of it and now are trying to get the whole pie. In the collaboration we can find that piece of understanding that we had been searching since long time. Is in this process where we can find that we can learn from others more than from our self. It required that every person be wiling to share the talents, knowledge and abilities in order to make things happened. In the collaboration, each member assume the responsibility to provide something that will aloud complete each required task

One of the main factors of a collaboration in the learning environment is the frequent interaction create within the team work. It assures the participation and integration of every persons involve in projects. It aloud students to learn from others in the new education system - online. Also assure the compromise in order to achieve personal and professional goals because train each one in a new adventures of learning ones from another.

* What conflicts might you anticipate while working in a team? How might the team handle potential conflicts among members?

Understand that conflicts are common to happen in every area of life, team conflicts are also common. The fact that two persons from different places trying to get together to accomplish a task is unreal the expectation that will work just fine without any conflict. Now, it don not means that can not be avoid, but we need to get ready to work with the problems on time. Different ideas, unable to track the reaction of every member, feel ignore or be less expressive in order to present points properly, understand level of urgency on reference to their responsibility in the projects are just some of the conflict that we can find. Not everyone on the team will have the same level of education or understanding and that is what makes team members successful because, as long as you know all of that it will train you to be a best conflict resolver member.

In order to work resolving conflicts we need to understand that everyone needs to be committed to do their parts. It is not an option because each team player is working with only one purpose: achieve a team goal. As long as everyone is clear about that the next step will be assure everybody is clear with the details of the project. Give for over understanding is not the correct way because things can means differently to different peoples. Be focus on things that can be avoid is also other conflict avoider.
