Problem will always occur. However, taking responsibility for these problems can turn a negative customer into a positive one. Understand the problem try to find out what the main problem for you employees but if they not giving you a clear explanation then figure out liked contact your customer more detailed about the problem. Identify the cause of the problem tried to take enough time to understand what caused company problem. After you understand the problem, you are ready to identify possible causes of it. Discuss possible solutions you should ask your customer for ideas. Solve the problem this is the time to solve the cause or take corrective action, after been solve contact with your customer if he or she is satisfied with the resolution and always said I'm sorry for the problem this has caused you, but thank you for letting have a opportunity to resolve it your business to us is very important.I would call PAT to the office just bob and pat only ask him what problem that his need help with and we all know that customer are demanding but you are the sale person no matter how demanding customer are you just have to satisfied them is because they are your customer . Since Pat has been with company for 15 years I would not want to lose him, I would have to hire more employees to help with the work, is good news that more work that mean more income and more customer for company.
