Regardless of whether you work at home, an office or a production line or in the event that you work for a supervisor or yourself, taking a few steps back some composure on time appears like a day by day battle for a huge number of people, maybe it’s actually that huge numbers of us who have piled our day by day plan filling with exercises. In spite of phones, web, and different exercises, it appears we never have enough time to do what needs to be done, for ourselves, business and our loved ones. So a significant number of the exercises we do each day are requesting our consideration that it can be hard to make arrangements for what's to come. Regardless of the fact that the arrangements will delude our weights not far off. We are occupied yet; would we say we are beneficial with our time?
This is the place time management is vital. Time management isn't a science course, yet it is so much worth applying in your busy life because time administration isn't just about having time, it's about making certain our time is well spent. There will dependably be times throughout our life when we get occupied however taking in the skills to deal with the time we have will cleverly reduce a great part of the anxiety , stress and disappointment that can lead to wear out and exhaustion our body physically and mentally.
What comes to your mind when you see the word "time management,"??
The word itself implies taking an active role in choosing how time is utilized, instead of simply letting things happen or others to do it. There is a level of choice making included, which can incorporate setting objectives, needs, controlling, observing, and assuming responsibility for the result. We can’t change or alter time as every day has the same number of hours, every hour the same number of minutes. Time management really means that we can manage ourselves to make the most of our time. Although it is a dormant phenomenon, yet minutes may seem to crawl and somehow days and weekends pass too quickly without even noticing sometimes. The opposition of the passage of time is very indicative of the connection between time management and motivations. That’s why it is closely connected with learning and study issues at the university level. It’s probably the single most important skill necessary for success and perseverance at university. How you use your time has a major impact on your academic accomplishments, satisfaction, and stress level. Students apply in universities the same study propensities they created in high school, and sometimes the result is not the same experience. Since one of the principle objectives of universities training is to figure out how to learn, by conforming desires particularly as it identifies with time management students can make greater progress. If you need to be effective in university, then you should be fruitful at building an establishment for learning and use time management techniques like schedule and lists will make you super-efficient, well organized, and less stressful and probably will even find more extra time to do other stuff out side or inside the university. Everyone and especially students should try to balance their personal life within the university work whether home works or projects or studying hours outside the university , and prove their ability to manage time which literally means managing yourself and eventually your will have a productive environment. In this project you will be given the chance to evaluate where your time goes and make a few choices about changes you might want to set aside to make more use of your time. There is no right approach to deal with your time; but, it is critical to become more acquainted with yourself so you can use good decisions about how to utilize your time. We all have 24 hours a day and 168 hours in a week to use as we wish but only few individuals choose to improve utilization of this time than others. On the off chance that you see this is an aspect of your life that needs change, this project is for you. All through the system, you will learn the ways and the techniques to utilize your time all the more efficiently and effectively. If you don’t manage your time effectively, the time that will pass will not be as effective even if you have all the time .There is a problem that exists within the students in universities who don’t prioritize or manage tasks and time .So this study will highlight these issues that might affect the students ability to be successful and continue as a productive learner in the university.
b. Statement Of the problem:
On the off chance that you don't deal with your time adequately, the time that will pass won't be as compelling regardless of the possibility that you have constantly the time .There is an issue that exists inside of the students in university who don't organize or manage events and time .So this study will highlight these issues that may influence the students capacity to be successful and proceed as a profitable learner in the university.
c. Purpose of the study:
The purpose of this study is to analyze variety of performance and attitude toward time management in a student usual activity. To control time is a good effective way, and then help students use proper techniques that could reduce time wasters to be efficient, effective and help reach you long term goals.
d. Significance of the study:
This study comes from understanding that there’s a big relation between time management and success, management and university, and between students and managing time at the university. The significance of the study relies in assessing and providing solutions for university students to value prioritization and time management. This study will also reflect students to identify some strategies that can be implied in their life, studies, and other events to improve their goal settings and prioritizing activities while enjoying it in a less stressful environment .

• What is the role of the university in managing and controlling time of students?
