Topic area:

This research project will focus on human resources relating to employees self-motivation and performance. This research will focus on and relate to increasing performance through testing and measuring their emotional intelligence.

Problem definition:

Ever wondered what keep people going on the right track or down the track trying to make a good balance of their life?? There are a lot of reasons why employees loss interest or passion for their work or what they like to do on daily basis. Normally it's due to pressure, stress or lack of time. But, that when talent management comes with emotional intelligence to search deeply in employees inner feelings and emotions and set the system in the proper track.

What is EI? It is the ability to understand and mange both emotions oneself and the people around this person. In order to have a healthy and balanced relationship between staff and employees EI can be conducted and used in a smart way to improve a better performance.

Employee's dissatisfaction from workload and misunderstanding and communication can be solved and no longer be an issue through Daniel Goleman theory by mentioning it in self awareness, regulation ,motivation, empathy and social skills and many other theories can make a better quality work and life.

Problem statement:

* To what extent Emotional intelligence effect employee's performance in recruiting in shell?

* To what extent can emotional intelligence affect the participation in decision making and leadership?

* Emotional intelligence on employee's performance in recruiting of shell.

1. How emotional intelligence helps employees in participation in decision making/leadership?

2. How can EI help or benefit leadership?

3. How to improve the ability to self regulate?

4. How to improve motivation?

5. Can EI improve leadership by social skills?

6. How do employees handle conflict constructively?
