Given that the Simon Pearce uses elegant asymmetric design of the glasses, the production integrates contemporary techniques with the ancient European glass designs in the glassblower's factories. To ensure market penetration of the glass in the market, Simon Pearce Company needs to ensure that they capitalize on their strengths and minimize their weaknesses.
