Task 1: In the 3rd week of January, a project team is organized to handle the project and as the person to refer to. Their participation in suggestion and argument throughout the meeting is crucial to ensure the success. Then, within two weeks, they have to develop SAP workplan and budget by outlining their implementation strategies to ensure the best possible outcome for ATLAM.

Task 2: The next task is to carry out feasibility study and capital budgeting analysis in order to ensure that the decision to implement SAP is viable. For this task, it starts from 2nd week of February and it takes about one week to come out with the results.

Task 3:  Then, they have to make a configuration of new SAP system to ensure that the system able to give best benefit and suitable with the current operation in ATLAM. It takes 14 days to finish.

Task 4: In the 1st week of March, the task that needs to be done is pilot testing which to ensure that SAP system can be run and able to increase top management trust toward the decision.

Task 5: It takes a week for the training of employee task. This task is needed, so the employees will have required SAP knowledge and skills.

Task 6: After training had been done to the particular staff, the project management should review the staff performance. In order to review staff performance, it takes about two weeks before the implementation of the new system will be start. The management will look the performance of their staff or user whether they really ready to use the system that will be implement on 1st April 2002 by looking on how many mistakes they have made throughout the training while working session and the area that they are still not familiar off. In this two weeks time, management can give feedback to their employees on how they are doing so far, what needs to be improved, getting their feedback on how they feel about using the new system and whether they are ready to really use it in full implementation.
