The College of Engineering and Technology accepts an incoming freshman student of he has a weighted grade of 85 percent and above based on the following computations:

        High School Grade                60%

        Entrance Exam Grade                40%

        Weighted Grade                100%

Write a C++ program that determines if an applicant is qualified in the college or not. Also, determine his possible courses based on the following:

If the weighted grade is greater than or equal to 90, the following are his possible courses:

        BS Civil Engineering, BS Electronics Engineering, and BS Mechanical Engineering

If the weighted grade is greater than or equl to 85, the following are his possible courses:

BS Electrical Engineering, and BS Industrial Engineering

Also, determine is the student is excempted to take English 0 or not based on the input results of his English Proficiency Test (EPT). If the EPT Grade is greater than or equal to 75, he may enroll English 1, else, he needs to enroll English 0.
