    Video Games affect your sleep because you would want to stay up all night trying to beat a game. Although your sleep is very important for your physical health. For example, sleep is involved in healing and repair of your heart and blood vessels. Ongoing sleep deficiency is linked to an increased risk of heart disease, kidney disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and stroke.

    Video Games can also cause eye damage. Playing video games for an extended amount of time will cause children to experience many of the same symptoms seen in computer vision syndrome in adults. Prolonged game play without significant breaks can cause eye focusing problems, as well as eye irritation. Video games can affect your eyes? This can lead to the same issues caused by long-term television watching, including headaches, blurred vision, and even nearsightedness if frequent breaks aren't taken to relax your eyes. Prolonged bouts of video gaming can also cause symptoms very like Computer Vision Syndrome. Also, Video games can cause brain damage because the game will take over your brain and you might forget memory’s. Headlines about how video games affect the brain range from upbeat to dire.

On the order hand, Pokémon cards unlike the video games when you are looking at the cards there is no damage being done to your eye as you play because the light on the video game you are playing is strong for your eyes and it can handle the light for a limited of time. Also, brain damage has no effect on Pokémon cards because Pokémon is all about science and math because when you take away HP from your opponent's Pokémon you need to subtract and sometimes they will tell you to add a certain amount of HP or they can ask you to flip a coin for the number of heads you must multiply. And when they ask you to divide the number of heads you get. All you do in video games is play and play and play.    

9-conclusion

      In my opinion, Pokémon games is better than video games in such ways that it allows people to gain knowledge. Children should reduce video deo games and be more actives in Pokémon cards. In addition, video games have negative consequences, well-designed games teach positive skills
