EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
In this report, there are several elements to describe and analysis Commonwealth Bank, the objective of making this report is that analysis how the Bank use social media communicate with their customers then give recommendations to Commonwealth Bank and help the Bank to improve the position in the financial community. The report is involved several parts following, first one is introduction, in this part which include the aim of the report and explain the importance of the business communication, and this part are reported for realizing the company of Commonwealth Bank. And second part is situational analysis that is consist of the analysis and evaluation of Current situation, Current tools & techniques for communication and Current objectives, also this part is crucial view of the whole report. This part contains the background of Commonwealth Bank, and evaluation of the current situation. Compare the present status through several different communication methods, Facebook, Wikis, Podcasting and YouTube, from these methods to realize how to communicate with customers of Commonwealth Bank, and introduce gaps from these different methods. In addition, recommendations are offered to the reports which beyond Facebook, Wikis, Podcasting and YouTube and these recommendations are based on Commonwealth Bank's current situation and the objectives rather than suggests careless. These suggestions are plans that would assist Commonwealth Bank discover the different characteristic of the different social media, help them to improve the quality of their services and give advice about how to apply the social media be reasonalable; in the future it would help Commonwealth Bank develop better.
