It is the citizen's responsibility to renew or terminate the legitimate authority of the officials and it is a basic right that must be exercised by all citizens or else voting can never be accurate in representing the opinions of all groups and not just old folks and middle class whites.
5.In the past when there have been large groups of refrainers, sudden, radical shifts in power occur. Eliminating refrianers by having them vote is critical to avoid an uncertain future.
6.Encouraging voting would increase the chances for a more a politically literate population.
7. The people begin thinking that on the part of a large number of citizens, anything will change substantially for the better by voting.
8. It is a sign of taking our right for granted. If we do not utalize it to its fullest, what the point of having such a process if it is not accurate?
9.People who vote tend to be smarter and have a college education more often than those who do not vote.
