Problem at JetBlue

I feel that the issues became serious problems when the company JetBlue could not reschedule the flights or locate their baggage quickly and affectedly. I think the management team did what they could do with the technology and policies the company had in place. A choice had to be made and I do not feel that the choice that was made was not what caused the problems. I feel technology caused the company to lose a great deal of money and customers because it added to the initial situation of the weather, which is not able to be controlled by management. The customers are more than aware that the weather is not something a person can control and that management did not give up hope of them leaving after a delay.

JetBlue would not have lost the trust of their customers if their technology could have fixed the issue before it became a problem. The customers left waiting to board would have been more understanding if they could had reschedule their flights without a huge delay. The company needed to be better prepared technology wise to control this type of problem. Those bused back to building would have been more understanding if the company had better technology to help locate their lost baggage quickly and affectedly. I do not think I would have done anything differently other than waiting such a long period of time before canceling all flights.
