However, it is a proven method of management that can save time for youself and others you manage. This book has many positive messages and remeber, share it with others.
The young manager visits some of the managers employees to ask them how the boss does what he does. He then tells the person how he feels. Before finishing the repremaind, he encourages the employee to better focus on their behavior and correcting it in the future.
