My Training Period at Pharmaceuticals Company at Supply Chain Department

During my training period at pharmaceuticals company at supply chain department I had been a problem in communication skills, and I trained with supply chain department, and this department included the warehouse for active pharmaceuticals ingredients so that this department should be close because it has a sensitive material.

After week end I came to our training early, and I was ready to begin my training Surprised by the absence of manager and the door of the department and the office closed, so that I went to the manager director to ask about him then told me the manager had been yearly holiday, and its duration is 7 days from today.

Then I felt with frustration and lack of respect and appreciation then I had been questions about how did it the manager? And how he got this behaviour from manager that has a high experience in his field and in management field? So I’m not know where can I go to any department, because at that moment I didn’t have any office for me. Then the director told me that you can take a vacation for 7 days.

 Because a poor communication and a poor coordination due to this a negative behaviour. As result for this a negative behaviour caused time waste for me and for a company and I not got any experience in this day.

When the vacation ended, I met with my manager to discuss a poor communication and to talk about situation. So I suggest solution to reduce this problem in the future by make an email or by make a phone call to Coordination and cooperation with us in the future.
