My Personal Development

My personal development is something i take very seriously because its my future that i am talking about and i have to analyze this to the fullest cause if i do not i will not be setting myself the right goals that i need to do .

What do I want to achieve?

I want to achieve a good grade in my course of Oil and Gas management and I want preferably a 1st in my degree and i want to work towards getting a good job afterwards . I want to concentrate on a good job after that is a main priority for me and I want to work in the Oil and Gas industry and I want to work hard for the company that recruits me and I want to show them that i'm not jus a statistic i'm something different from the normal employee that they recruit and i want to go further and improve my self while giving myself experience working within the industry that I want to excel within and I have to work hard to achieve what I want and I have to keep it up and I have to have ambition for what I do because in this industry there is no stopping and I want to achieve my Masters after I have completed my BSc in Oil and Gas management and that will teach me more about my industry and the more I learn the more I will excel in this industry.

How important are these goals to me?

This goals are important as each other to me because they have a meaning behind each one because they have to be worked on and I have to try my hardest to complete them and i have to try to complete them and succeed at the end of each goal and hope that i have achieved something out of it and reached my target. Goals are something that I want to work towards all my life like my main life goal is too get a job that pays above a certain amount and I want to work hard and make my family proud and get to a position to where I will feel that I can't go any higher and that is the only reason I stayed in University so I can achieve these goals and that is why these goals are so important to me because its something I've always wanted this since I was a young boy and I will never give these goals up at any chance until I have achieved it because myself I am a person that hardly gives up on anything until I feel it can't go any further that is only when I will give up.

What are the factors that will help me achieve my goals?

The factors that will help me achieve my goals is determination and perseverance. Determination is vitally important to me because without it you will go nowhere and being lazy is very easy and fun but that will get you no where because whoever made themselves out there now they worked hard such as I can take my own dad as a Role model he worked hard and he worked non-stop and he did not give up at all and he kept going when times were rough and he felt the pain and he made something of himself today and that
