My Hero Megan Angelo
A hero is a person who is admired for bravery, great deeds, or noble qualities. There have been so many different and great heroes in this world and still more to come. I have one unique hero myself.
My mom is my hero and always will be. She has done many heroic things throughout my life. She has, given great advice, resolves conflicts, and has kept food, water and a roof over my head. She can be a little bit strict but, I know it is for my own good. She does not allow me to wander off with friends because she is very overprotective. She would never want anything to happen to me ever. Sometimes, I disobey her like when she asks me to clean my room, walk the dog, or do the dishes. I know I should really be doing what she tells me to but sometimes I slack off. She was confirmed in the church in 2001 and has used her faith more in her life. In 2009, she was diagnosed with breast cancer and was cured in December of 2010. It was a hard struggle but she still came through. Now, she has moved her career to childcare teaching toddlers. She loves children so much and now that I am almost all grown up, she wants to nurture some younger kids.
My mother, Jacqueline Marie Angelo is a Catholic and holy woman. Bold and strong. No matter how hard she falls she picks herself.
