Impactful person #1: Zach Zimmerly
Story: Zach Zimmerly is a 16 year old boy from Ridgefield, Washington. Zach started racing Go- Karts when he was 8 years old then continued to race other cars and classes. Some other cars he's raced are legend cars, mini sprints, micros, and full sized sprint cars. Zach has dedicated his time, energy, and passion into being a successful race car driver. Some other of Zach's accomplishments include 14 track records, 6 national championships, 69 poles, and 91 wins as of 2010. At age 15, Zach joined up with the World of Outlaws, being the youngest person in the history ever to race with them. Although Zach does not race the entire year with them, he still manages to stay in the middle of the points standings. I believe Zach to be an impactful person because it's amazing to watch such a young kid achieve such a big thing. He inspires me and many other young drivers to race to our best potential. Zach's dream is to win a World of Outlaws championship.

Although Kinser is getting a little too old, he wants to race until the day he dies. Nobody can deny, Kinser's got game!
Impactful person #4: Shawna Wilskey
Shawna Wilskey is one of the best female sprint car drivers to ever hit the dirt. When Shawna was 15 years old, her parents lied about her age and put her into a mini sprint class that only 16 year olds were allowed to run. She won her first time on the track. In Wilskey's early years she tried being like every other girl. She was an honor student, went to college, and got married... then divorced. She decided to drop out of college after she realized it just wasn't for her. Shawna then decided she'd go back to sprint car racing, her true passion. Her dad supported her for the first while, but then she decided if she was ever going to be successful she'd have to start her own team.
