The value of success is very inversely when it comes to the proportional value of will, this is what expectancy value of tells us when it comes to the motivation of will. Also with the success in which one tries to achieve by working hard and performing a harder job is for self achievement.
Now the will is a motivation task that any person would have to achieve or have success on what it is that they want and on how one could go about with the will of motivation. One theorist, Descartes felt that understanding the will of motivation was a process that brought the motivation level down and to become synonymous to understanding the will. Descartes reason for this was because of the energy that was invested into the will and the effort that it took of understanding it. Not only did Descartes felt this way there were other two other theorists who felt the same way, Rand had felt or had the same thought in 1964 with his theory. Rand theory was the impulses of striving and with the thought of acting or not acting on and impulse. Ruckmick was another theorist that feel that one would or will resist the denial of one self and resist the temptation, but understanding all three theorists' the will theory would deal with life experiences and with the reflection of one own ideas.
This kind of motivation within the workplace would help all employers and employees. This motivation method could let the employer see that their employees have some good ideas that can be used to help build the organization. The will of an employee would show good work ethics and that the employee takes his or her job seriously.
