Little Caesar’s Pizza
Concept: Changing Little Caesar’s brand image by changing logo and marketing style
Target audience:
By changing Little Caesar’s brand image to more than just a quick place to pick up a pizza we hope to gain more customers that prefer the more dine in and better designed stores. There are probably a large group of customers who do not get their pizza from little Caesar’s based on the low quality of the store and they just know it as a cheap place to you can obtain a pizza very quickly. We would like to keep that as an option, but overall we would like to enhance the customer experience by creating better quality stores and giving the customers the option to dine in the stores if they choose. Also, we believe the logo is old and tired. Changing the logo would help customers know we are making a change to the company. The little cartoon Caesar gives off and low quality image so we would like to change that.

Major Selling Idea
Basically with this idea we plan on increases the overall perception of Little Caesar’s. Right now I think people have one mindset about Little Caesar’s as it’s a cheap and quick way to get a decent pizza. The stores are kind of low quality and customer service has been low based on reviews. We hope to get people to start thinking about Little Caesars in a better way and give the customers a better overall experience.
Support
Many reviews we have seen have showed customers not liking the quality of the stores, and have had bad customer service. We place on enhancing the quality of these stores and make sure we train our employees to adequately meet the customer’s needs. Changing the logo will also attract new customers because they will connect that with the new image we are trying to portray.
Atmosphere
- Finding a way to enhance the atmosphere to make it more enjoyable to dine inside the restaurant.
