This factoring problem will be solved by using grouping
-3 + 27 + 21y2 Here are the three terms to group
-3 + 2y + 7y2 The common factor to start grouping is 3
-3 + 1 (2y) + 7y2 The different of squared from the first group
(9y - 3)2 This would be the completed factored
