I don't even know where to start with my level of stress. My stress level on a scale of one to ten is an eight. There are many things that are causing my stress right now. I am a mother to two kids the oldest is seven and the youngest is six. They cannot be around each other for more than five minutes before they are fussing and fighting. If I let them play the Wii it's a fight. There is no winning for me the only time they are quite is when they go to sleep. Another big stress for me is work. Everyday it's something new and everyday there seems to be more stress. Some days are better than others but some days I just want to pull my hair out. With the amount of stress sometimes it seems to affect the quality of work that I give out. I always feel that I don't have enough time to complete assignments. The role of time management plays a great part in alleviating stress. If you set time to do things that need to be done it relieves the stress of pressuring yourself to get it done. There are many ways to minimize stress. I personally like to get deep tissue messages. I would have never thought the amount of tension that I have built up in my back. It works miracles and I would recommend it to everybody. Another thing I do is talk walks which really helps clear my mind of all the yelling, screaming and continuous nagging. There are other things as well like listening to music, talking with friends or relatives and meditation.
