China is one of the countries, which involves in international criminal activities. Chinese criminal syndicate is the organization that provides criminal activities to the world. They divide into different factions and each of them has a specific area to control. In China, the organization of the Chinese criminal syndicates is big and they have huge source of funding. They cooperate together, and this makes the government in China difficult to eradicate them.

Nowadays, the international criminal activities in China is much relate to smuggling. They smuggle everything, as much as they can provide. The three main smuggling provide by China, which already brought dark side effect to China are drugs, weapons, and immigrant illegally.

Heroin is the main drug provide by Chinese criminal syndicates to the world. Since the early 1990s, more than half of the heroin produced in Burma now transits Yunnan Province and other regions of China ("International Crime Threat Assessment"). Some of the heroin is provide to China itself, and other are transit to other countries, include North American and Australia. In this point, China is not only the country who receive heroin illegally, it also play an another role in drug smuggling--transistor.

Weapons smuggling is another international criminal activity in China. Many of the countries do not allow their residents of the country keeping a weapon individually. This is illegal, especially in most of the Asia countries. Weapon smuggling brings threat to the government, because the weapons may misuse by someone. Once they own the weapons, they have the capital to confront with government; this may bring a country into trouble. In China, the Chinese criminal syndicates produced ephedrine and pseudoephedrine to the world. These are worse than guns, because it may cause serious of death and injury if both of them have been misuse.

Immigrant illegally is happens serious in the world, especially in China. In China, due to the high population, the government rules that every family just have the right to own one child, they need to pay high tax if they want to have more. In Chinese culture, they attach important value of male rather than female. Many Chinese will think that male only is the gender who can last their generation. Families who born female babies will sell their babies to the Chinese criminal syndicates. These syndicates smuggle these baby to other countries and earn high revenue within this transaction. The life of baby is weak, they did not get a full protection during the trip of smuggling, and caused many of them death.
