Immigration
Just as citizens in the United States, we all have opinions about wrong and right, but where is the line crossed when it comes to legal and illegal immigration. My stand on immigration is indecisive because I believe that legal and illegal immigration has its pros and cons. When it comes to legal immigration I believe that we all deserve our chance for a better life. So, why not give someone the opportunity to succeed when they have gone through all government issued processes to gain an equal chance. On the other hand, illegal immigration is different because some people do come here legally and just over stay there welcome and the others just make their way here some how illegally. Yet, I still do think that we all are equal and deserve a chance to better our lives , but I also think that if your not coming here for the right intentions then you should not do so in crossing over. I think that those illegal immigrants do cross over illegally because of the extensive process to become citizen. Overall, I think that legal and illegal immigrants are just doing what they can to help themselves and there family and it would be better if we stop fighting it and come up with a solution to help them.
If you take a chance to look at the news, issues, support groups/advocates and laws you can find that those who are for immigration provide more statics and back up what they say then those who are against it. I feel as if those who are against just state their opinions and general negative comments. As I have found, in my research immigration legal and illegal has overall helped the United States economy and has not been a effect on unemployment. It has actually help create jobs and with them spending more money is circulating. Also, boost the wages of the native born people and immigrant do pay taxes like federal taxes from individual taxpayer identification number and social security taxes. Based on the research I have done most the factual evidence i found came from those who are pro immigration. In my research I found that those against it had complaints about the reasons i stated which had statistics and their statements had no support.
A solution from illegal immigration i believe would be to reduce the extensive process to become an American citizen. I believe that people that are illegal would agree that the process is extensive and is also expensive. I think that there should possibly be a compromise between the countries were immigrants are migrating from and the United States to allow a certain amount of people in a time frame of a year. This would help regulate and when they figure out a number it should be rounded to a fair number passed on previous number of people coming
