Good employees and bad employees can be a reason for a company's success or failure. For example, if employees do not show up and come in late and have the attitude that they just do not care about their work the business will suffer. Another example of bad employees is they can just stand around and watch other persons to do work for them. They may have a bad attitude toward the assignment you give them, or they just might have the attitude not one to be there at all. However if employees show up on time and really put forth the effort the company may do well. For instance if the workers take pride in their work and really display a willingness to learn new things that shows that they really want to succeed and want the company to succeed also. Another example of good employees is that they take pride in their work and really show support for the company. If they really care about the business they would probably inform their fellow employees that are not doing so well and try to help them correct this problem. In conclusion, good employees and bad employees can reflect a positive or negative attitude toward the company. The good ones will reflect the positive attitude and the bad ones will reflect a negative attitude. This could also be the difference between put money in the bank as profit, or filing bankruptcy and closing the company's doors.
