The Effects of Technology: Are They Good or Bad?

1. Technology can be good and bad but it all depends on the situation. That is how the Hadley children and one intern working for Google learned. The Hadley kids thought that having controlling parents was bad while the intern working for Google states"But really, the best part about a job is that everyone at Google is so smart. It's nice to be working around intelligent, imaginative people. It makes me feel smart too!"

2. "Maybe I don't have enough to do. Maybe I have time to think too much. Why don't we shut the whole house off for a few days and take a vacation." "You mean you want to fry my eggs for me?" "Yes" she nodded. Although technology is useful, it can be overwhelming at times, then there will be times that it is just too much. Technology is too unpredictable it has good and bad purposes. "Do you think Wendy changed it?" she said at last in the dark room. "Of course." "Made it from veldt into a forest and put rima in there instead of lions?" "Yes." Technology has its uses but it causes problems and lies; there will be times were it makes no sense but it will get you in to trouble nonetheless. "The room has become a channel towards destructive thoughts instead of releasing them away." When technology is meant to do one thing, it does another. Nevertheless, it is not always like that, some times instead of it being bad its fun. It is unpredictable.

3. Well thanks to 21st century technology, we are able to play games and get massages at the office. "suddenly my boss said,"hey lets play some foosball.' We hit the table in the games room. And I actually won!" On an occasion like having a super cool internship at Google you can actually chill because sometimes it is boring but other times it is all fun and games. That is what one intern learned while working for Google "but at Google there is no set hours-you can leave at lunch and come back again at midnight." The freedom that is given, as you grow older is a privilege not a right that can take it away if that's what needs be done. It is all about using your freedom wisely and making good choices, don't mess it up it just takes one mistake but a bunch of right ones to fix the one bad mistake. "Its not all about face time. What really impresses the bosses is coming up with creative ideas." At times doing the unexpected isn't bad but when you abuse it, when you abuse those opportunities then it gets to be a problem, and then it's not okay (in most cases).

4. Technology can be good and bad but it all depends on the situation. As you get older, it gets easier to think; you learn to actually stop and think but for now it is just a mater of being careful and making wise choices and not abusing what
