- Based on the situation, one management principle in each of the major management functions that is violated is organizing and stopping the owner as well as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and University President. Juan Dela Cruz assigned some of his relatives as member of the higher rank positions in the said University without their qualifications on the said position. Juan Dela Cruz should organize the University with criteria and qualifications for those who are selected as member and staffs of the said University. Because it may affect the credibility of the University if he will going to continue to assign those member.
- Juan Dela Cruz, being the owner, Chairman of the Board of Directors as well as the University President motivates, supervises, communicates, evaluations those members and staffs of his University. In his decision making, one management principle is violated , organizing and staffing. Juan Dela Cruz should not let his relatives be a member and officer in higher rank positions in the University without prior qualifications. Juan Dela Cruz should select his employee and staff with their fullest qualifications. This might help him in managing the University to uplift the standards of his University. And it is easy to run the business with a proper knowledge suited to their positions.
