A gourmet family-owned pastry shop which started in the heart of Lucknow, now they have their factories and retail outlets in Kanpur and Delhi also. The Bakery produces delectable pastries that combine classic Asian traditions with modern flavors for the contemporary palette. The bakery provides cutting-edge designed wedding dessert creations using delicious fruits like, apple, strawberries or other fresh fruits to create mousse cakes, luscious tarts and a variety of handcrafted Asian pastries specialties. In addition, they can fulfill the public’s catering and wedding favor needs with a dessert menu of petit fours, chocolates, éclairs and cookies. The Bakery prides itself on the personalized service it offers to each of its wedding cake and special occasion cake clients. Their decorators use only the freshest and finest ingredients available.
They cater to only selected people who want something new and designer with different taste & feelings. They are the innovative producer of continental desserts with fusion of Indian taste, who create the things differently, package it well and serve with smile. They pride themselves as pioneers of baked sweets like baked goji, pouch baklava, almond Florentine, multigrain Florentine, baked modak, choco brat, baked mithai baklava among the favorites.
They have the infrastructure to offer the public fresh & pure bakery products of world class quality prepared in strict hygienic conditions. The Italian machines used in making such bakery products perhaps make all the difference.

Consumer-Mr. brown is preferred by all age group consumers and by male and female as well.
Suppliers- All raw material is supplied to main branch first and then transferred to all other branches.
Competitors- their major competitors are JJ Bakers, A-One Bakers and
Brijwasi Bakery.
Employees-Mostly they have 28-30 employees in each outlet and they involve their employees in decision making always.
MACRO ENVIRONMENT
Economic forces- Because of inflation real value of money increases. For eg, if cost of raw material is increased then selling price of product increases as cost of production increases.
Demographic forces- Age can be considered here so people of all age group are entertained here , they have chocolates for children and other bakery products for adults.
Technological forces-they make use of Italian machines foe manufacturing their products.
Natural forces- If any natural calamity arises then there are chances of business going in losses as well.
