In recent years, the word "Fast food" has become very popular to human, especially to the young generation. There are a lot of different opinions on the subject of the fast food culture. While part of the community think that fast food is very convenient and has a lot of benefits to the human, the others do not agree and criticize its bad effect.

One of the most obvious benefits of fast food is that it is very cheap and helps saving a lot of time for customers. For example, there are many well-known for inexpensive restaurants such as McDonalds, KFC, Loteria ... and it only takes the customers about 10 minutes to have a fast food meal at a fast food restaurant.

Beside these great benefits, fast food also has some bad effects on human's health. The reason is because fast food contains lots of fat and salt, which are made by much meat but less salt. In the recent years, "Juke Food" is a main topic which is hotly discussed by community and media. Scientists have proved that having too much fast food will cause illnesses and the money needed to cure these illnesses is much expensive than the money and time customers saved from eating fast food.

In conclusion, fast food is very helpful and convenient for consumers who do not have much time and want to save money. However, it also creates some bad effects to the ones who eat it. Human should use fast food reasonably to save time, money and do not forget to care about their health.
