Wayward Wireless Corporation

Introduction

The purpose of this document is to enforce ethical and honest conduct from our employees, vendors, and board of directors. We want to a company that is known for its ethical leadership and steadfast loyalty. A company that places it employees first and where they are proud to work. A company that provides a solid foundation for good moral qualities and one that does not stand for unethical or illegal practices. We believe that everyone should and will be treated fairly and equally and it is our responsibility to ensure that this is being done daily.

Standards of Conducts

Wayward wireless offers a neat, clean and professional working environment free from unethical and immoral behavior. Employees and Board of Directors will not engage in unethical or misconduct that would compromise, discredit or diminish the integrity of this organization ("Board of directors,"). They will respect the authority of those appointed over them and conduct themselves in a professional manner. All employees are expected to promote and display the highest standards of honest and ethical conduct in and off of the workplace, and in compliance with all policy and procedures that promote good order and discipline. Acceptable standard in the workplace help to maintain good relationships at work and it promotes self development and teaches individual responsibility. All Board of Directors will conform and abide to the companies code of conducts policy ("Board of directors,"). At no time will any board member violate any applicable federal, state or local law or regulation. Each Board member will participate in professional activities and will perform his or her assigned duties in a professional manner. At no time will any board members negate or compromise their integrity, honesty, and respect for one another, accountability or professional performance. All Board members will dedicate themselves by leading by example in serving the needs and representing all participants' interest in this company ("Board of directors,").

Code of Ethics

Integrity- Each employee will adhere to the moral and ethical principles of integrity. This company tries to pride itself on this principal and will continue to work on it daily. Our goal is to be honest with employees, vendors, and customers while building a trusting working relationship with each one ("Verizon business,"). For our customers, our communities and our stakeholders, we are honest, ethical and upfront because integrity is the foundation of our relationship ("Verizon business,").

Respect- All employees regardless of position or level will respect each other as professionals. We will embrace each individual and listen carefully to others when they speak. We will not interrupt or cut-off another team mate or discredit anyone on our team ("Verizon business,"). The Board of Directors will provide each and every one of our employees with an open door policy to discuss any matters that is raised ("Board of directors,")

Performance Excellence- We hold ourselves to a much higher standard that our competitors and our performance will not waiver. We welcome innovative ideas and teamwork and what it takes to make them into realities. We should always continue to ask ourselves how can we improve, or make things better for our customers ("Verizon business,").

Accountability- Each employee will be held accountable for their action as individuals, team members, and as an organization.

Discrimination and Harassment- It is illegal for any employer to take any of the following actions against an employee based upon his or her race, national origin, gender, or religion: Sexual harassment continues to be a major issue in the workplace, despite all the attention and embarrassing incidents. The U.S. Equal Opportunity Employment Commission defines workplace sexual harassment as unwelcomed sexual advances or conduct of a sexual nature which unreasonably interferes with the performance of a person's job or creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment ("Sexual harassment at,"). Sexual harassment can range from persistent offensive sexual jokes to inappropriate touching to posting offensive material on a bulletin board. Sexual harassment at work is a serious problem and can happen to both women and men ("Sexual harassment at,").

Health and Safety- This organization will and does comply with the National Safety Council and is committed to the safety of our employees and promoting an injury free workplace ("Safety and health,"). If any safety or health issue should arise please contact your immediate supervisor. It is our intent to continually strive to improve our safety and health program and our business operations for everyone.

International Business Conduct

This organization will comply with all governmental rules, regulations and laws when referring to operations outside of the continental United States ("Business conduct guidelines,"). We will conduct ourselves to those operations to the highest standard of our ethical code. Those individuals that have business operations with foreign countries where the operation is occurring will have the United States laws and treaties in effect, and will be expected to comply with the law ("Business conduct guidelines,"). Failure to abide by these laws could result in extradition, and bad publicity for our organization. If any questions or concerns about boycotts, trade sanctions, embargoes or foreign practices, you should contact the Law Department for advice.

International Relationship

Our organization conducts business abroad daily, it is imperative that every employee abide by the laws, rules and regulations of the countries that we conduct business with. As a U.S. based organization we are committed to following our laws to conduct business with foreign countries, but also we need to conduct ourselves and operated with-in the laws of our host nation. Each nation has several cultural differences and their local customs and courtesies may be different than ours. It is our intent to understand each culture differences and conform to an understanding of a mutual business relationship. If any issues or questions should arise please discuss them with your supervisor.

Conflict of Interest

Conflict of interest is when an employee's personnel interest interferes with the interest of the company. Loans, guarantee obligations on behalf of the employees or family members may create conflict
