What went well?
Entrepreneurial Boot Camp is where all started. They believed Innovation is the responsibility of every single employee in the company.
Mosar became Alcatel-Lucent Alternative energy program with an energy autonomous wireless base station. Augmented reality services funded by Innovation fund was transferred to MNC, which is an Alcatel Lucent company from 2011.
Service of smart sharing and enrichment of videos were also transferred to their enterprises.
Diversification of the product portfolio.
Revenues from the boot camp projects.
Employees engagement
Cultural change
What went wrong?
There were lot of ideas and innovations in this company, but for many reasons these gets drop off the table. So the challenge became how do we create a culture of innovation where people feel empowered to follow through on their ideas.
Incubating
Closure of commercial contracts.
No clear Valorization
New version of boot camp?
Creating a Business plan: Business model roadmap, Financial roadmap, team and competencies roadmap, action/work plan.
Spread and concretize an Entrepreneurial spirit within Alcatel -lucent
Thinking Out of the Box is key
Should provide personal development opportunities
Should keep innovating the innovation process.
Innovative process doesn’t end with an idea, it starts with it. So Proof of their value is in their implementation.
Project that deserve support should be quickly expedited.
Involve an external party
Don’t try to decide based on consensus
Finally, I like to conclude that instead of convincing and working with Foreign investors and risking their personal assets, the intrapreneur needs to create a good team within the company to successfully launch new products.
