The topic of my briefing paper is: Developing high performance working. The writing of briefing paper gives to us the first impression of how to achieve the aim in chosen theme. For a start I will explain my own thoughts and assumptions of how HR managers can provide involvement and participation of workers and as the result of this high productivity of work with qualitative outcomes.
Secondly, I will carry out a research on this issue using different books, journals and internet resources. It will help me to understand the nature of the business and relationships between a commander and subordinates. Also, reading necessary information provides me with other people beliefs and conclusions which are based on previous explore of developing organization working and management of human resources in the context of ensuring high level of performance and better outcomes. Moreover further reading helps me to cover my bibliography and make obligatory referencing.
Thirdly, I am going to examine following issues such as: appraisal of performance, giving feedback, employee involvement and encouragement, training/learning and development of working staff, remuneration and rewarding. From my point of view research and solving the range of main issues I have mentioned above never better help me to learn thoroughly the topic I have chosen previously. Furthermore, knowledge obtained by studying through understanding of these issues plays an important role in management of real organization, and as the result, with the lapse of time will help purchase excellent managerial skills.
