. How do you develop health care in San Joaquin valley, California also known as California central valley a farming communities as physician assistant?
I would organize for seminars and short courses for nurses. This is very important for them as they enhance their knowledge and become better workers who deliver quality health care. I would also enhance team work amongst the medical practitioners. Today's organizations emphasize on the need to work as a team to achieve better performance in the workplace. By doing this, professions in this health care institution will do best to deliver quality health care and also find pleasure in doing their job.
2. What you will do if a nurse in hospital gossips about your fellow student in clinical rotation?
Given that gossip is something that has been around for quite a long time, there are certain steps that I could take in this situation. First and foremost, I will isolate the gossiper, in this case the nurse, and try to talk to her in person. I will try to convince her that what she is doing is not right and therefore she should stop it. Secondly, I don't have to believe what she says. In other words, the rumor she is spreading might not be true. Last but not least, I don't have to spread the rumor/gossip further. It's often said that we all have the chance to employ discretion. The more we talk about others, the worse off we become. As such, I will lead by example by refusing to take part in gossip.
3.You are in physician asst program for one weekend you made a skiing plan with your family then on Friday your professor tells that on Monday a important medical case coming do you pursue you skiing trip ,also you know that the weather may become turns bad if you go to ski. What is important?
In this case, I suppose that attending to the medical case is more important than skiing. We all have plans, some of which don't turn out as we expect. In my situation, I had made a plan to take my family to a skiing trip and then suddenly an emergency comes calling. I have to weigh my options before I make the final decision. Yes, it's true that I value my family as well as my job too. There is the possibility that I can still organize for the skiing trip some other time and attend to the medical case first. Moreover, I have the information that the weather condition might not favor skiing. Therefore, given these possibilities, it is better I chose to attend to the medical case that the Professor has called me for. However, this is not an easy choosy. There are times when one has to amalgamate negative scenarios and what ifs so as to reach the right decision. I suppose this is the best decision for me.
