As discussed in the previous paper, our company was looking at creating a vast turnout in Kava. Several matters and responses are needed to be studied for the meeting that needs to be held with the stakeholders. This paper will show a variety of decision-making techniques that used to put in order for this meeting. Many instruments are accessible to collect data that will aid stakeholders in deciding if the developments are in danger of not being accepted. Initially, it is important to know who the stakeholders are. A stakeholder is defined as "individuals who perceive they have an interest in the actions of an organization. They may be customers, shareholders, employees, are just members of society" (Lattimore, Baskn, Heiman, Toth, and Van Leuven, 2004 p. 139) Decision making is defined from decision-making-confidence.com as "It is the process of selecting from several choices, products or ideas, and then taking action in relation to this choice in order to bring about a desired result" (Lessons On Decision Making n.d.). Kava's Toyota Dealership the mission is very clear to provide the highest quality service and professionalism in the car industry. The solution, is putting together a personal viewpoint that is conversant by decision-making strategies. A organization then is in essence a dilemma awaiting to be unraveled so it an be put into practice correctly. In our everyday life, it is necessary to make decisions that have prejudice what was initially intended to be either by practice, urge or by motive.

Techniques

While the opportunities are vast doing business in Kava, the desire for a Kava dealership would be magnificent. The need and demand for car of this demand would be a wonderful asset to the Kava islands. Understanding these factors allow us to apply decision-making techniques that will help the organization meet these roadblocks head on. There are many decision-making techniques that companies use to assist in operations and projects to ensure that all factors be reviewed and discussed. Since the ramifications of this scenario are greatly vast, we must assure that we use the most detailed decision making techniques to cover all factors in the scenario. The decision-making technique used for this scenario will be through a grid analysis. When proper planning through grid analysis decision making is used, it works as a snapshot to show where we are, what the factors are in the scenario and how each factor will be addressed to allow the project to come to fruition. The grid allows for discussion, change, implementation, and contingency at the same time, avoiding any potential failures that could ensue.
