It is a fact that not all people have the opportunity to take a day and relax. When we have the chance to go on vacation, my family has to decipher on what we would like to do. The choice is usually between the beach and an amusement park. When making our choice we have to consider many things; the cloths we will have to bring, what kind of activities there are to do and what the weather might be during the trip.
The first major difference between going to beach and an amusement park is the kind of activities you are able to do. On the beach, for example, you can go fishing, skiing, sailing, surfing, or you may just want to lie out in the sun. In some cases you might even be able to feed the sharks and swim with the dolphins. On the other hand, at an amusement park you can ride rides or at some parks even swim. While there you can also see some plays and even eat out. This type of vacation will take more planning and organization than one on the beach because of the cost of the activity.
Another difference between visiting the beach or an amusement park is the clothing and equipment you will need to take with you. If you decide to go to the beach, you may have to take a bathing suit, shorts, short-sleeve shirts, sandals, sunglasses, goggles, sun block and any other utensils you may need. Depending on how long you will be at the beach you may also need to pack a lunch for all of the attending people. Considering that you are going to an amusement park where you will have to walk a lot, you should wear comfortable and casual clothing such as jeans and tennis shoes. You may also need to bring extra money for any extra activities you may want to participate in, also depending on how long you will be at the park you may need to bring money for food.
The final difference between taking a trip to the beach or to an amusement park is the pace of life. If you want to relax, your option will be the beach. When you are on the beach you just let things happen while at an amusement park you will have to schedule all your activities in order to have time to do everything you want in the time provided.
In conclusion, here you have these differences to consider when deciding where to go on a day trip. Although both places are interesting and exciting, it all comes down to what you are in the mood for. You need to keep in mind that wherever you decide to go, the beach or an amusement park, you will enjoy it.
