She had known she would be asked, she had decided what she would answer, and, without the slightest hesitation, she had moved her hand to the right. The handsome lover stood there, knowing his life depended on the doors and his trust and belief in the princess. However, what he didn't know was that the princess knew the woman standing behind those closed doors; she was one of the beautiful servants that knew the handsome man quite well. Right that moment, a lot was going through the young mans mind. He loved her more than anything and he knew that either way they would not be able to be together. The main question was weather the barbaric beauty wanted the better for him or would jealousy take over her and allow the tiger to shred him up to pieces. His life was hanging on a thread. He soon began to speak as the audience held their breaths. "The door to the right" spoke the man with his head high. The audience had their eyes wide open. Guards quickly opened the door on the right side of the man and a huge dark tunnel was shown. The audience gasped and started whispering. The man turned around and looked at the princess and smiled however, the princess just ignored him and looked at the doors. The mighty king raised his arm and whispered something to the princess with a look of satisfaction on his face.
The noise coming from the crowd grew louder. The man was facing the king who suggested he turned around with his finger. He turned and there she was, just as beautiful as fierce. The tiger waited no longer. She circled her prey a few times and went in for the kill. The beat of his heart fit in perfectly with the leaps the lion took towards him. Her swift movement left the crowd astonished. With one great catch she grabbed the man and ate him up in an instant. The audience stood up and cheered for the tiger. Loud applause filled the amphitheater just as the tiger was finishing the remains of the body the man and licking the blood off his chin. The royal family stood up and waved. As the crowd got up and was ready to leave the princess and her father looked and then smiled with delight. The princess' jealousy and the fact that she had grown up in a barbaric family had overcome her feelings of love and mercy.
