Sunshine Retail Clothing Store

Dear Management team,
You may be aware of the rising gas prices that have recently taken in effect. In order to combat rising gas prices and save money on the store operations we have adjusted a few changes that will benefits all. The changes should ease every employee including management by saving time and money by decreasing the commute, which in turn will save our employees and management on gas. By implementing this changes will guarantee job security and the survival of the company.
Effective March 1, 2011, all retail clothing chain stores will no longer be open on Sundays. The new workdays will be from Monday through Saturday. Stores hours will open an hour later and close an hour earlier than usual. All full time employees not to exclude management will work four 10-hour days per week and part-time employees will consolidate their hours in 1-, 2-, or 3-day workweeks considering how many hours they are scheduled to work. The positive aspect of this adjustment is no retail chain stores are closing nor any new stores will be opening for the time being.
Your hard work, loyalty, and dedication to the company are greatly appreciated and it does not go unnoticed. We are confident the change will go smoothly and we are doing our best efforts for this to be a positive change and outlook. We understand you may have some concerns regarding these changes but we are doing our best to make this a positive outcome. If you feel the need for further clarification or have any questions please schedule a meeting for discussion on the new migration.
Best regards,
Public Relations Manager
