AGREEMENT

Know all Men by these presents:

I, Miqueas Mulla Basalo, Filipino, of legal age, married, and with Postal address at Purok 17-4A Magsaysay, City of Mati, Davao Oriental, hereinafter referred to a the First Party, and Leonora Ejara Basalo, likewise of legal age, married, and with postal address at Purok 17-4A Magsaysay, City of Mati; Davao Oriental, hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY:

W I T N E S S E T H

1. That the FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY are husband and wife having been married on May 14, 1985;

2. That they begot two children, namely: Michael Jhon E. Basalo, born on April 20, 1993;

3. That the first PARTY and the SECOND PARTY are living in one house on the same address;

4. That our relationship as husband and wife is like a boat sailing on the sea and was hit by the strong wave which is beyond repair;

5. That the FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY will not live separately for the sake of their children but they have no more right with each other; that they will sleep in different rooms and both parties will no longer touch each other nor shall have any right over one another;

6. That the FIRST PARTY being the FATHER will spend for everything in the house like food, light, and water;

7. That in case the FIRST PARTY wants to separate fully from the SECOND PARTY in bed and board, he should ask permission first form the SECOND PARTY, otherwise he will be sued for violence against women and children.
