Dear Kim,

These past few days I have done a lot of thinking about what happened last week. I want you to know that everything that I am about to say comes from the bottom of my heart. I know that it will be very difficult for you to accept my apology, but I want you to think about our relationship in future.

The reason I decided to write you this letter is our rowdy behavior during the visited you house. Since you have joined our class, we have laughed for you foreign accent. We tend to generalize each alien student I know, these are a silly argument for our behavior but you should give to us one chance more. I admit that I was unfairly for you.

I hope this letter will give us both a chance to understand each other better. I want you to know that I am sorry and I have never forgotten that we are human beings. Thanks to your grandmother for your hospitality. I think you have made the right decision.

Dear Frances,

I would like to sincerely congratulate you on your fist show in New York. I must say that I was not surprised to read of you success in the newspaper. I knew that you had the potential to be a famous singer.

I wish to apologize for not being able to attend your show.

Unfortunately, I suddenly received a telephone call at noon from my boss he said that our company will be change all management and I able to be at a conference in Los Angeles tomorrow at 2pm. I like my job and don't lose it.

Once again, I apologize for not being able to attend. Perhaps, I can attend your show to the next week.
